SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We make every effort to ship orders that are received on weekdays by 12:00PM PST (3:00PM EST), to ship that same day. Orders received on weekends are shipped the next business day. If you place your order on Friday, the order will be delivered on the following Monday. 2DayDiets.com offers United States Postal Service (USPS Priority Mail). We want to make the products more affordable for you, we use Priority Post to expedite your order. Priority Post which means a product will be delivered 2-5 business days with the flat rate $4.85. 

• Every Order that is Under $50, Shipping Charge will be flat $4.85
• Every Order that is Over $100, Shipping Charge will be FREE

SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES:
If your shipping address is different from your credit card billing address, please make sure your card issuer has listed this shipping address as an "authorized" address. We verify all addresses with VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Due to American Express policy, we ONLY ship goods to Billing Address. No Exception!

SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS AND STOLEN MERCHANDISE
We do NOT request or require a signature for deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or another safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS/USPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label. If your package was delivered, and the shipping company confirmed it - we can not accept any theft claims for the refunds.

MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO) 2DayDiets.com ships all orders sent to APO and FPO boxes via USPS Priority Mail. Your package is ONLY insured to your military address. 2DayDiets.com is not liable for packages lost by Military Mail. In the unlikely event a package is lost and an insurance claim needs to be filed, it cannot be filed until 75 days after the shipping date, per USPS regulations. In the event of an insurance claim, no refunds or reshipment will be made until the insurance claim is settled. Claims can take up to 5-6 weeks to process per USPS regulations.

Comparison Shopper Notice: 
If you are comparison shopper, please consider the shipping costs as well.
Some on-line stores may advertise lower prices, but they make up the difference by overcharging customers on shipping. Depending on how much you order, you may be paying over $20 at these other stores just on shipping alone. Our shipping costs for UPS Ground orders in the 48 continental United States is either a flat $4.85 for order under $50. FREE if your order total exceeds $100.

RETURN POLICY:
 

Order can be canceled if it shows processing or pending status in our system by Email or Phone for a full refund with shipping fee. If you decide to cancel the order, please contact  us ASAP since we do process immediately. If the order show status of being shipped then we will refund your order minus a 20% restocking fee. Orders already shipped out cannot be canceled.

We offer 30 days money back with the following conditions:

• Include a copy of your 2DayDiets.com  order number in your return package along with the returned merchandise. Send the package to us via a TRACKABLE method (such as UPS, FedEx or USPS delivery confirmation). We are not responsible for merchandise lost in the mail.

• Product must be 100 percent complete in original boxes and packing materials, and original UPC codes on the boxes.
• In the event of returning a Free Shipping Item there is a mandatory $9.85 deduction off your total refund.
• All products must be returned in “sell able" condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Products must have been purchased directly from www.2DayDiets.com.
• Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.
• Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days under any circumstances.
